Why did you decide to take the English & Surf program this summer?

--- Back in Italy, my mother has many American friends and one of her friends knew "HIA" and its sprorts programs.

So one day, my mother came to me and asked me if I was interested in taking this program this summer.

Of course I said yes, it sounded too cool and interesting.

So how did you like the surf lessons ?

--- Actually, this was my first try! I had never surfed in my life.

But our instructors were very helpful with me and as a beginner, it helped me a lot. For example, if I fell off from my surf board, instructors came up to me and helped me until I get up on the board again.

Now, I love feeling waves and wind of Mission Beach on my surf board.

What was the most memorable moment while you took this program?

--- The moment I could stand up on my surf board for the first time.

I was so excited and happy about that!

If anyone is thinking about taking this program, just do it and have fun! That's my advice.
