The English Program

All HIA instructors hold Bachelor's degrees, have extensive ESL teacher training/credentials and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

Many of our teachers also hold Master's degrees.

All are experienced and caring American professionals who are concerned with each student’s academic progress.

The Parent & Child Program

Parents and kids will take three hours of English classes in the mornings (Mon-Fri).

Some classes will combine parents and children while other classes will separate parents and children.

The instructions will include many interactive elements. During play and class room activities, children learn fundamental English skills.

At the same time, parents learn English. The class will be held in English only (total immersion approach).

The HIA Parents and Child program offers a safe, fun, and exciting summer experience for parents and children ages 6 through 12.

The participants may engage in a variety of activities like beach games, trips to Legoland, San Diego Tours, Seaworld, and much more.

The price includes: accommodations (shared room), 15 hours of English instruction per week, transportation, and

the following activities: San Diego Tour, Aquatic park Soak City USA, Coronado by ferry,

SeaWorld, Legoland, kayaking in La Jolla, good-bye lunch at Corvette Diner.
