Our Intensive English program focuses on "Reading & Writing" and "Listening & Speaking" and it is for students and professionals interested in improving their general English skills. The goal of this program is to help students develop the skills necessary to achieve a higher level of proficiency in English.
Students can choose to take our 15, 20 or 25-hour programs. Students who choose 20 or 25-hours will attend afternoon classes, such as: Grammar, Travel & Tourism, American Culture, Business English and Academic Writing.
We also offer a College Pathway program, which allows students to enter community colleges. Students who complete our Level 5(advanced level) can transfer to one of our partner colleges, such as: Grossmont College, MiraCosta College and Merced College, without taking the TOEFL.

Level of Proficiency in English
On your first day of school, you will take placement test and start classes next day. You can refer our leveling below.
| Beginner | People who have no or very limited knowledge of English. |

| Low Intermediate | People who understand simple English. |
| Intermediate | People who have basic English skills, and limited conversation skills. |
| High Intermediate | People who understand most of the context, but have difficulty with unfamiliar topics. |
| Advanced | People who understand most of the topics in their business and academic area. |
| Proficient | People who understand most of the situations even if they are not familiar with the context. They have specific English skills in their professional area. |
